Website Redesign Process

The Problem

The customer had an existing website that was poorly designed, cluttered with information and not in sync with their business goals. It didn't communicate their services properly and was terribly outdated in accordance with modern design and user experience best practices.



Corrective Measures

My first priority was to address the immediate concerns with the navigation and organization of the website. As it is the guide that drives visitors through a website, it was imperative that the main navigation be given a clean design and incorporate an intuituve organization scheme. The layout and design of the website was also addressed. A clean, modern layout was applied that better communicated the services offered and maintained aesthetic balance.
